The drum-type screening machine is a new generation of new self-cleaning special equipment after the electric vibrating screen and the ordinary mesh drum screen produced by major domestic companies. It is widely used for various solid materials with a particle size of less than 300mm. It has many characteristics such as high screening efficiency, low noise, small dust volume, long service life, small maintenance, and convenient maintenance. Its screening capacity is 1 ton/hour to 20 tons/hour.

The self-cleaning cage drum screening machine uses a gearbox-type deceleration system to reasonably rotate the central separation drum of the equipment. The central separation drum is a screen composed of several circular flat steel rings. The central separation drum is installed on the ground level. In an inclined state, the material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the central separation cylinder during work. During the rotation of the separation cylinder, the fine material is separated from the top to the bottom through the screen interval composed of circular flat steel, and the coarse material is separated from the lower end of the separation cylinder. Discharge into the shredder. The equipment is equipped with a plate-type automatic cleaning mechanism. During the separation process, through the relative movement of the cleaning mechanism and the sieve body, the sieve body is continuously "combed" by the cleaning mechanism, so that the sieve body is always kept clean during the entire working process, which will not affect the screening efficiency due to the clogging of the sieve holes.
