The flat die granulator is divided into two parts, the transmission part and the granulation part. The core part of the flat die pellet mill is the pressing roller and the flat die. The material enters the granulation chamber, and the mold rotates and the friction pressure wheel rotates, so that the material is squeezed into the mold hole, compacted into a cylindrical strip, and cut by the cutter at the discharge port to form particles, which are finally rolled out of the granulation chamber. The working efficiency of the equipment is relatively high, and the quality of the finished product is good. The strip particles have uniform size, low moisture content, and less energy consumption of mechanical equipment.
Low investment cost: Dry granulation is adopted, and no drying is required after granulation, which reduces the investment cost of drying equipment and drying energy consumption.
