Cow Dung Rotary Dryer Introduction

The wet cow manure is transported by the screw conveyor to the hopper in front of the rotary dryer, and then the wet cow manure enters into the rotating drum. The Rotary drum is installed obliquely from the higher side, and the hot flue gas enters into the rotary drum from the bottom. Then cow dung and hot flue gas mix together when the rotating drum is rotating. The cow dung moves downward under the action of gravity and induced draft fan when the drum rotates. The lifting plate on the inner wall of the drum moves the cow dung up and down, so that the cow dung is fully mixed with the hot flue gas. As a result, it improves drying capacity and thermal efficiency.

After drying, it is suitable for the storage and production of organic fertilizer. Cow manure processed by a cow manure dryer is an organic fertilizer that can be used in many industries. It is a good green fertilizer for planting fruits, vegetables and flowers; it can also be used as feed for pigs, chickens and fish; it can also grow mushrooms.
