Cooler Introduction

The cooler, also known as the drum cooler, cools fertilizers of a certain temperature and granularity in the production of compound fertilizer, and is used in conjunction with the dryer. It can greatly increase the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity and increase output, further remove part of the water and reduce the temperature of the compound fertilizer. At the same time, the cooler can also be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials. The cooler has simple structure, good stability and reliable operation.

Main Technical Parameters

The organic fertilizer cooler is driven by the main motor to drive the belt and pulley, and is transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft meshes with the large gear ring fixed on the body and works in opposite directions. The material is added from the feeding end through the inside of the cylinder. The suction force of the induced draft fan (used with the machine) accelerates the air flow inside the cylinder, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the whole body continuously turns the material up, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out from the discharge port. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the continuous entry of materials can achieve mass production.
