Polyurethane coated urea is a new type of slow-release fertilizer, which uses polymer resin (polyurethane) as the material to heat wrap urea to form a resin coating. Production process
Urea granulation: Urea raw materials are formed into urea particles under certain conditions using disc granulators, conversion granulators, or spray granulators based on the characteristics of the raw materials.
Coating operation: Use a drum coating machine or similar equipment for coating operation. During this process, the coating material is rapidly and uniformly dispersed onto the urea particles, forming a uniform polyurethane film. The working principle of the rotary coating machine is driven by the main motor, which fully combines and wraps the material with the coating agent inside the cylinder.
Drying treatment: The coated urea particles are dried to remove excess moisture and solvents.
Screening and classification: Remove improperly sized coated urea particles through screening steps to ensure product uniformity and consistency.
Packaging and Storage: Pack the screened qualified polyurethane coated urea according to the preset weight for subsequent transportation, storage, and sales.
