Production process
Urea granulation: Urea raw materials are formed into urea particles under certain conditions using disc granulators, conversion granulators, or spray granulators based on the characteristics of the raw materials.
Sulfur smelting: Sulfur is first melted in a smelting furnace to form commercial sulfur, which is convenient for subsequent urea particle coating.
Coating treatment: In the coating machine, molten sulfur is wrapped around the preheated urea surface, tightly bonded to form a microcrystalline polymer coating layer.
Cooling solidification: The coated urea particles are cooled by a cooling machine to ensure the stability of the urea particles
Screening treatment: To ensure uniform particle size, particle screening is carried out. Qualified particles are classified as finished particles, while unqualified particles can be further crushed and granulated.
Packaging and storage: Finished urea granules are packaged and stored using an automatic packaging machine.
