Raw material preparation
Organic fertilizer raw materials: Common ones include livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, and agricultural and sideline product processing waste. These raw materials usually require pre-treatment, such as fermentation and maturation of livestock and poultry manure to kill harmful substances such as pathogens, parasite eggs, and weed seeds; Straw based raw materials may need to be crushed for better mixing with other materials.
Inorganic fertilizer raw materials: mainly include nitrogen fertilizers (such as urea, ammonium sulfate, etc.), phosphorus fertilizers (such as superphosphate, diammonium phosphate, etc.), potassium fertilizers (such as potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc.), and some trace element fertilizers. These fertilizers generally require high purity and meet relevant quality standards.
 
Equipment Composition
The production line of organic-inorganic blended fertilizer mainly consists of raw material storage system, feeding system, mixing system, granulation system, screening system, drying and cooling system, packaging system and other parts.
Raw material storage system: used to store different fertilizer raw materials, such as nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, organic fertilizer, etc. These raw materials are stored in different silos for subsequent use according to the formula ratio.
Feeding system: including belt conveyors, screw feeders and other equipment, used to transport raw materials from storage silos to mixing equipment according to preset formula ratios. By adjusting the speed or vibration frequency of the feeding equipment, the feeding amount of raw materials can be precisely controlled.
Hybrid system: It is the core part of the production line, and commonly used mixing equipment includes horizontal screw belt mixer, double shaft blade mixer, etc. These mixing devices can thoroughly mix different fertilizer ingredients in a short period of time, ensuring consistency in fertilizer composition.
Granulation system: The evenly mixed fertilizer is granulated through a granulation equipment. The commonly used granulation methods include extrusion granulation, disc granulation, etc. The size of the fertilizer particles after granulation is uniform, making it easy for subsequent processing and packaging.
Screening system: used to screen the granulated fertilizer, separating large particles and fine powder that do not meet the particle size requirements. Large particle fertilizers are crushed and then returned to the mixing or granulation system for processing, while fine powders can be collected and reused or subjected to other treatments.
Drying and cooling system: Drying and cooling treatment is carried out on screened qualified fertilizer particles to remove moisture and reduce temperature, improving the stability and storage of fertilizers.
Packaging system: Fertilizers that have undergone drying and cooling treatment enter the packaging process, and are generally weighed and packaged using an automatic quantitative packaging scale. The packaged fertilizers are transported by conveyor to the palletizing equipment for stacking and storage, facilitating storage and transportation.
