The impact crusher utilizes the impact energy generated by the high-speed rotation of its rotor to mechanically crush the materials to be processed that enter the crushing chamber.
After the power supply is connected, the motor starts operating. The rotor is driven by the motor via a V-belt to accelerate and rotate until it maintains a stable high-speed rotation state (the set rotational speed of the rotor varies for different models). Ores enter the crushing chamber of the impact crusher through the feed inlet. During the process of falling, they collide with the high-speed rotating rotor and acquire tremendous reverse kinetic energy from the collision. This causes them to move in a high-speed parabolic trajectory and impact against the impact plate. Subsequently, they are rebounded by the impact plate and undergo a secondary collision and crushing with the high-speed rotating hammers. The materials are thus repeatedly impacted multiple times within the crushing chamber of the impact crusher, achieving thorough crushing, and are then smoothly discharged through the equipment's discharge outlet.
The impact crusher produces products with excellent particle shapes. The gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer can be freely adjusted to control the particle size and shape of the finished products.
