Jaw crusher Introduction

Working Principle

The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which in turn moves the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw move up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw increases, pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. Simultaneously, the materials are crushed or split, achieving the crushing objective. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw decreases, and the moving jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and spring. At this point, the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber. As the electric motor rotates continuously, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, enabling mass production.
