Ton bag crusher Introduction

A ton bag agglomerator, also known as a bulk bag crusher, is a mechanical device specifically designed for difficult-to-discharge ton bags with moisture-absorbed, slightly compacted, and other materials. Its core function is to physically break up agglomerated materials into a form that is easily dischargingable, ensuring smooth discharge.

Equipment Characters:

① Agglomeration: The four-axis linkage mace rotates in phase to apply pressure to agglomerated materials, squeezing large lumps into easily unloadable small pieces or powder, thus resolving the problem of material unloading difficulties caused by moisture absorption and compaction.
② Material Loosening: The crushed material becomes loose and has enhanced fluidity, allowing it to be smoothly conveyed through conveying equipment to the next process, improving production efficiency.
③ Material: The device housing is made of high-quality 8mm thick carbon steel; the crushing teeth are made of wear-resistant steel with a high-temperature quenching process, ensuring durability and wear resistance.
④Bag Opener: Quickly open bags, saving time and labor. Extremely hard materials can be removed and directly used with the mace's crushing teeth.

Scope of use:

1. Chemical industry: Processing materials such as fertilizers, resin powder, caustic soda, etc. that absorb moisture and form lumps to ensure production continuity and product quality.
