Main components
Raw material pretreatment equipment
Cleaning sieve: used to remove impurities from raw materials, such as dust and stones in straw, crushed grains and impurities in grains, to ensure the purity of the raw materials.
Crusher: Grind block shaped or larger particles of raw materials into small particle sizes suitable for granulation, such as crushing corn cob into corn grits for subsequent processing.

Granulation equipment
Flat die extrusion granulator: The core equipment consists of a motor, transmission device, flat die, pressure roller and other components. During operation, the motor drives the relative rotation between the flat mold and the pressure roller through the transmission device, and the raw material is compressed by the pressure roller to form particles through the holes on the flat mold.
Post processing equipment
Cooler: The freshly extruded particles have a high temperature and need to be cooled by a cooler to reduce the temperature and moisture content of the particles, improve their stability and storage resistance.
