Most of the water should be added in the twin-shaft mixer, and only a small amount of make-up water is added to the ball forming tray, and the amount of make-up water is controlled at about 0~3%. Dry powder granulation is added directly in the ball forming disk, and sprayed with the right amount of water, raw material ball nucleus into the ball forming disk in the disk by centrifugal force, friction and gravity, along the parabolic motion.
