The production process of sheep manure organic fertilizer production line is as follows.
Dosing and mixing: sheep manure contains little water. Before fermentation, add water or livestock urine to adjust the moisture content of raw materials to about 50%, add fermenting bacteria organic fertilizer and mix well with a mixer.
Fermentation: Open-air pile into strips 15-2 meters wide and 0.8-1 meters high. Tank fermentation is stacked at a preset height. Start fermentation and use a tumbler to turn the bucket every two days or so. It will be completely fermented and decomposed in about 10 days.
Crushing: A semi-wet organic fertilizer crusher is used to crush the fermented raw materials evenly to facilitate smooth granulation in the next step. The crushing effect directly affects the granulation effect.
Granulation: Use organic fertilizer granulator to make the crushed material into organic fertilizer granules with uniform particle size.
Drying: Use the organic fertilizer dryer to dry the excess water in the finished organic fertilizer granules to increase the strength of the granules for subsequent storage and transportation.
Cooling: Use the organic fertilizer cooler to cool the heated organic fertilizer granules in time for easy packaging.
Sieving: Use organic fertilizer sieving machine to distinguish qualified granules from unqualified granules, and qualified granules flow into the next packaging process. Unqualified products are returned to the crushing process for reprocessing.
Packaging: Use the organic fertilizer automatic packaging machine to automatically pack into bags according to the same weight, and then transfer to the finished product storage area.
