Workflow of Trough Type Tumbler in Organic Fertilizer Production

Fortunately, the aerobic fermentation process using trough tumblers is now very mature and can ferment these livestock and poultry manure into high-quality organic fertilizer

The workflow of the trough type tumbler:

1, Daily livestock manure and other raw materials from the fermentation tank into the inlet.

2, Using the trough tumbler to toss the raw materials, each time the tumbling distance is the same.

3, After 15-20 days of fermentation, the raw materials are fully fermented and matured into organic fertilizer.

4, The fermented organic fertilizer will be transported out from the outlet.

After the formal production, the above process will form a continuous cycle operation, realizing daily feeding and daily discharging. The organic fertilizer from the discharge port can be either directly bagged and sold or further processed to enhance the effectiveness and price of the fertilizer.
