Step 1: Mix cow dung, bran,rice bran or oil residue with composting agent for fermentation process of pile fermentation, temperature and humidity should be detected and the pile should be turned manually.

Step 2: Full fermentation (15-20 days in winter, 5-10 days in summer) can transport the material to the crusher for crushing.

Step 3: Send the crushed material to the mixer and add the appropriate proportion of trace elements or add strains of bacteria.

Step 4: This step can be omitted if the organic fertilizer is made into powder form. If granulation is needed, it can be made into granules by granulation mechanism, cooled and dried by cooler drier, screened out qualified finished products by sifter and transported to packaging machine for packaging to form qualified organic fertilizer products.
