Before fermentation of cow manure, be prepared to build manure piles or fermentation tanks, choose fermentation equipment for organic fertilizer of cow manure, such as wheel-turning machine, hand-held fermentation turner or trough fermentation turner. If you choose a trough turning machine, you have to build a fermentation tank, you can build double tanks side by side to achieve the working mode of one machine with multiple tanks. Choose walking fermentation turner to build compost pile.

Prepare the cow manure to be fermented, mix the fermenting agent with cow manure, wheat bran and other auxiliary materials in the prescribed proportion, sprinkle in the compost pile or fermentation tank, and turn the pile by the fermentation turner for aerobic fermentation. The organic fertilizer of cow manure after fermentation is dark brown, with less odor and soft fat feeling.

Most of the newly fermented manure is lumpy and needs to be crushed with a grinder. The crushed cow manure organic fertilizer is mixed with other nutrients and auxiliary materials and stirred with a horizontal mixer. The mixed fertilizer is screened through a screening machine to remove the large pieces that have not been crushed, and then crushed a second time through a shredder.
