I. The impact on fruit qualityThe research results on several tree species such as apple, citrus, grape, pear, strawberry, plum and kiwi showed that
bio-organic fertilizer obviously improved the fruit quality. In terms of intrinsic quality, it mainly improved soluble solids and sugar content, sugar-acid ratio and aroma quality; in terms of extrinsic quality, it improved fruit coloration and hardness, and fruit shape and size were more proportional. The results of the study on facility cultivated peaches showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer significantly improved the quality of peaches compared with the control application of chicken manure, with 1.0% increase in soluble sugar content and 3.5% decrease in titratable acid content; the fruit brix of red globe grapes with bio-organic fertilizer reached 14.39; significantly improved the aroma quality of Fuji apple fruit, with 13 more components of volatile substances and 5.7 percentage points more.
II. The impact on fruit yieldThe research results on apple, citrus, peach, grape, plum and pear fruit trees showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer effectively increased the fruit weight per fruit and significantly improved the yield per unit area, indicating that bio-organic fertilizer effectively ensured the continuous supply of nutrients and promoted the photosynthesis and carbohydrate synthesis of the plant.
III. The effect on tree growth and developmentThe test results show that bio-organic fertilizer can effectively promote the growth and development of fruit trees. The study showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer on the facility peach trees significantly increased the soil temperature, with the average increase of 2.2℃ in the 10 cm inter-root soil temperature; promoted the occurrence and growth of the root system in the soil surface layer, and the number of fine roots increased 1.5 times compared with the control; significantly improved the fruit set rate of peaches in the facility, which increased 45.6% compared with the control; and advanced the maturity period, which was 10-12 days earlier than the control.
IV. Effects on soil physical and chemical propertiesThe results of the study showed that after the application of bio-organic fertilizer, the soil capacity of the orchard became smaller, the soil porosity increased, the number of soil microorganisms increased, the soil permeability was improved, the organic matter content was significantly increased, the soil nitrogen and phosphorus supply capacity was enhanced, the soil acidity and alkalinity were improved, and the release of nutrients in the soil was facilitated.
V. Prospect of useBio-organic fertilizer as a new type of fertilizer, in improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and reduce environmental pollution, has achieved better results, development has a broad prospect. At present, the application of bio-organic fertilizer can not only promote the growth and development of fruit trees, but also improve the yield and quality of fruit, and more importantly, the beneficial bacteria provided by bio-organic fertilizer can effectively improve the inter-root soil environment of fruit trees, promote the absorption of various mineral elements by the root system, which plays a key role in the health and sustainable production of fruit trees, so the application of bio-organic fertilizer transformation prospects are also extremely broad and worth promoting.
