1. Production Process

2. Production Technology
In the post-processing of fermented materials, most enterprises add functional bacteria for compounding and shaping, and the product dosage form is mainly dust, but there are also roller granulation or extrusion granulation. Granular products overcome the shortcomings of poor appearance and low level of powder products, and improve the commerciality of the product, but at the same time, it also increases the production cost of enterprises and has a certain impact on the survival of effective bacteria.

3. Strain Type and Use
Microbial strains are the core of bio-organic fertilizer products, in the production process, there are generally two links involving the use of microorganisms: First, in the decomposition process to promote the decomposition of materials, decomposition and deodorization function of the decomposition agent, which is mostly composed of composite bacterial system, common strains of photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, yeast, actinomycetes, Penicillium, wood mold, etc.; Second, after the decomposition of materials added to the functional bacteria, generally with Nitrogenous bacteria, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, silicate bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, pseudomonas, actinomycetes, etc., in the product to play a specific fertilizer effect. Therefore, for the production of bio-organic fertilizers, the screening and use of microbial strains is a core technology. Only by mastering this key technology can we speed up the decomposition and maturation of materials, as well as ensure the application effect of products.
