Characteristics of trough dumper

The trough stacker consists of transmission device, traveling device, stacker, transfer vehicle and other main components. The motor directly transmits the power to the reducer through the sprocket to the tipping drum.

1. The trough stacker is suitable for aerobic fermentation and can be used together with solar fermentation room, fermentation tank and transfer machine. Moreover, if the trough stacker is used together with the moving machine, it can realize the function of one machine with multiple slots.

3. Equipped with soft starter, the impact load is low when starting.
4. The control cabinet is under centralized control, which can realize manual or automatic control function.
5. The trough stacker is equipped with gear pulling hydraulic lifting system.
6. Limit travel switch, with safety and limit functions.
7. The tooth pulling is firm and durable, and has certain breaking and mixing functions for materials.

The mixing blades on the drum are spirally distributed, which can turn and stir the materials in the fermentation tank to a position 0.7-1m away, which has the effect of fast tipping speed and uniform mixing, so as to achieve full contact between the materials and air and better fermentation effect of the materials.
