Biofertilizer composting process:
Materials with suitable moisture content are stacked in layers at a certain height and altitude. These piles are arranged in parallel in open or indoor flat composting yards. The most efficient professional stacker can perform continuous turning operations in the warehouse. The cross-sectional shape of the stack is a quasi-semi-circle of 2 ~ 3 m width and 0.8 ~ 1.5 m height, with unlimited length.

The process features:
Mechanical maneuverability is strong, and the use of bar stacking is conducive to late water loss in composting. Low civil construction requirements, no need for supporting fermentation tanks. It can be stacked outdoors, saving construction investment. Bigger; outdoor composting in northern areas is poorly insulated in winter, and the composting cycle needs to be extended; in the open season, the compost pile is easily affected in the rainy season, and it is recommended to cover the roof of the shed with conditions.

The working principle and operation method of crawler type compost turner:
Mainly driven by diesel engine, crawler type walking, turning wheel placed on the trapezoidal frame. When the driver drives the fertilizer turner into the pile, the hydraulically driven tipping wheel rotates at high speed and keeps picking up and throwing back the material to put it back into the pile. The pile turner is highly operable and flexible, can save composting workshop area, reduce civil construction investment, and make the construction cost of fermentation silo lower by at least 1/3. when dumping, it is scattered in high place, has full contact with air and easy to reduce humidity. Throwing wheel is equipped with wear-resistant curved tooth knife, has the ability to strong crushing material when the material and material stack is down the throwing wheel to extend the material movement path, fully contact with the air. It also facilitates the evaporation of moisture and promotes the rapid completion of aerobic fermentation. It is ideal for large capacity, humid climate, and continuous fermentation occasions.
