Fermentation Procedure

1、Pre-treatment of raw materials: including sorting, crushing, moisture content and carbon to nitrogen ratio adjustment.

2、Fermentation of raw materials: the cycle usually takes 15-20 days.

1) The first stage: refers to the microbial metabolic process in aerobic fermentation at two stages of medium and high temperature. It refers to the whole process from the beginning of fermentation, through the medium and high temperature and then reach the temperature began to decline, generally takes 10-12 days.

2) The first stage: material after the first stage of fermentation, there is still a part of easy to decompose and a large amount of difficult to decompose organic matter exists, need to continue fermentation to make it ripe. At this time, the temperature continues to decline, when the temperature is stable at about 35-40 ℃ that is to reach maturity, generally need 5-10 days.

3) Post-treatment: Post-treatment includes removing impurities and carrying out the necessary crushing treatment.

Process Flow

1, Piling Technology

Before piling, tamp the ground, and then mix manure, peat, Lebafon second decomposition agent and other fermented raw materials in proportion to the pile.

2, Stirred Pile Stacking Fermentation Process

The materials are stacked in pile form, which can be arranged into multiple parallel piles, the cross-sectional shape of the piles is usually triangular or trapezoidal, with a height of 1.5-2.0m and a width of 4-6m. The moisture content of the piles after mixing is 55-65%.

In the pretreatment sometimes need to crush the raw materials, adjust the particle size of raw materials, the appropriate particle size range is 12 ~ 60mm. crushing and sieving can make the surface area of raw materials to increase, facilitate microbial reproduction and improve the speed of fermentation. After the pile can be turned once every 4-7 days, and after 1 month can stop turning the pile and let it mature naturally.
