Using aerobic fermentation biological fertilizer, refers to the whole process of changing organic compounds such as chicken manure and straw into green ecological fertilizer by using the fermentation efficacy of organisms under certain water, mud age and natural ventilation with artificial intervention.

The new project introduced by Sande Machinery is the annual output of 5,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizer production line, which takes chicken manure from farms as the main raw material, uses aerobic composting and tossing machine equipment, plus chicken manure fermentation and decaying bacteria seedlings, and produces fine organic fertilizer according to the composting engineering design.

The physiological characteristics of the chicken's gastrointestinal tract determine that the concentrate feed it eats is not thoroughly absorbed and digested, and about 40%-70% of the nutrients are excluded from the body. Therefore, chicken manure is the most comprehensive organic fertilizer raw material with the highest nutritional value among all the current livestock excreta.

If chicken manure is used on crops immediately without sufficient fermentation or decay, there are greater hazards.
1. Infected with disease chicken manure with pathogenic bacteria and pests such as Escherichia coli, ciliates, etc., immediate use will cause the spread of disease, crop disease, and the health of people who eat the agricultural products also cause harm; unrotted chicken manure in the soil environment fermentation, very easy to breed pathogenic bacteria and pests.
2. Fermentation burns young seedlings. Insufficiently fermented chicken manure applied to the field, when the environmental humidity and other fermentation standards, chicken manure gradually began to ferment, but in the process will produce harmful gases, if the fermentation location is close to the roots, and the crop is small, the gas caused by fermentation will harm the growth and development of crops, and in more serious cases, resulting in plant death.
3. Fresh chicken manure is a strongly acidic fertilizer, and the use of strongly acidic chicken manure in the soil environment will lead to rotten roots, black roots, plant senescence, yellow leaf disease, and in more serious cases, plant death.

The production line uses organic fertilizer fermentation supporting facilities machinery and equipment to solve the mixed material of chicken manure as the main raw material, the moisture content of the mixed material is 60%, with the production of fine organic fertilizer according to the aerobic composting solution. The finished product is dark brown or black-brown powdered raw material, which can be sold in the market immediately after packing in woven bags.
