No-load operation should not be less than 30 minutes.

Gradually heating or cooling, observe the operation, so that the heat source or cooling source to achieve the use of parameters. Equipment with cooling protection device must open the cooling water valve before passing steam. Gradually add materials, observe and check the drying of materials, and constantly adjust the amount of material added, the amount of heat (cold) source, the amount of material discharged and the speed according to the needs, and put it into normal operation after it reaches the design requirements.
