We design
bio-fertilizer production line to make bio-organic fertilizer granulator, but after production, how do we transport and store bio-organic fertilizer?
We use a spiral composter to ferment the raw materials for a period of time, then we use a chain crusher to crush the large raw materials, after that we use a fertilizer mixer to mix the raw materials with other additives. Next granulation is done with
fertilizer granulator, we can choose new organic fertilizer granulator or double roller press granulator to make bio-organic fertilizer granulator. Since organic fertilizer granulator sometimes requires moisture, we use drum dryer to dry the moisture after making the granulator.
So how do we transport and store bio-organic fertilizer? In order to avoid the loss of bio-organic fertilizer in transportation and storage, the following points must be done.
1. When transporting and storing bio-organic fertilizer, avoid confusion with basic fertilizers such as ammonium bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium and phosphate fertilizer.
2. Bio-organic fertilizer is easy to cause nutrient loss in the presence of water, the transport process should avoid rain, stored in a dry and ventilated place.
3. Bio-organic fertilizer contains beneficial microorganisms, the ultraviolet rays of the sun will affect the normal growth and reproduction of beneficial microorganisms, attention should be paid to shade during transportation and storage.
We designed different models of fertilizer granulator to make fertilizer granulator, after making the granulator, we also need how to store the granulator to protect the quality of fertilizer granulator.
