Method of making pig manure organic fertilizer by Fermentation and stack-flipping equipment
1. Prepare materials and add bacteria: prepare the manure that needs to be fermented, and it is best to use fresh pig manure (the fermentation effect of fresh feces is good). The pig manure starter should be mixed with rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran) in a ratio of 1: 5 to 10.
2. Pile construction of pig manure: Pile the prepared pig manure while spreading bacteria. The pile height and volume should not be too short and too small. Requirements: pile height 1.5-2 meters, width 2 meters and length is not limited.
3. Regulate water. The moisture content of fermented pig manure should be controlled at 40 to 65%. Water judgment: hold a handful of pig manure tightly, see watermarks between fingers but do not drip, fall to the ground immediately scattered. Less water fermentation is slow, more water ventilation is poor, but also lead to "putrefying bacteria" work and smell, therefore, it is necessary to grasp the moisture content.
4. Starting temperature. The starting temperature should be above 15℃, the four seasons can work, not affected by the season, in winter as far as possible in indoor or greenhouse fermentation, fermentation temperature control in 70-75℃ is appropriate.
5. Mix well and ventilate. Pig manure starter needs aerobic fermentation, therefore, oxygen supply measures should be increased in the process of operation, and it is appropriate to mix well, turn over the pile and ventilate. Otherwise it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and odor, affecting the effect of fertilizer.
6. Fermentation is completed. Generally, after 48 hours of pig manure accumulation, the temperature rises to 50℃-60℃, and on the third day, it can reach 65℃. Under this high temperature, the pile should be turned over once. Under normal circumstances, the high temperature above 65℃ will occur twice during pig manure fermentation. The material was black and brown, and the temperature began to drop to normal temperature, indicating the completion of fermentation.
