Rotary drum cooler is a new generation of high efficiency cooler developed by our staff based on years of experience in compound fertilizer production. Together with the rotary drum dryer, it cools the fertilizer granules to a certain temperature and particle size during the production of compound fertilizer. This rotary drum cooler can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity, increase production, further remove some of the water and reduce the temperature of fertilizer granules. It can also be used for cooling of other powder and granular materials. The device has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability. The exhaust gas after heat exchange is introduced into the rotary kiln, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the whole system.

The main motor drives the belt and pulley and converts the energy to drive the shaft through the reducer, then the counter gears are mounted on the drive shaft to drive the car and meet the large gears mounted on the body, these gears start to rotate in the opposite direction to drive the body to start working. The material is added to the inside of the barrel from the inlet end. Under the action of the ventilation fan (matched with the machine), the airflow inside the cylinder body is accelerated, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the whole body constantly turns up the materials so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out from the discharge port, and as the motor continues to rotate, the material continues to enter, thus achieving mass production.
