The production of biofertilizer is characterized by organic matter, cellulose, poor forming conditions, and the addition of live bacteria with fertilizer production function, and the production process is not suitable for contact with high temperature. The granulation method uses disc granulation, extrusion and new granulation methods, because these three processes require high fineness of crushed raw materials, high granulation moisture, generally about 30% water content, low moisture content of granules, drying load is very small, which can reduce the loss of effective bacteria, dust is small, and the operating environment is better.

The raw material enters into the granulator, adds the right amount of water or steam, bonding into granules, after granulation, the material is sent to the dryer for drying through the belt conveyor. The granule diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is more than 70%.
