Double roller extrusion granulator is more and more popular in manufacturing, but many people have a limited understanding of extrusion granulator, do not know many factors will affect the effect of organic fertilizer granulation.  What is the principle and moisture requirement of double roll extrusion granulator?

Double roller extrusion granulator can directly press powder material into granules under normal humidity. It is suitable for unit element fertilizer and multi-element compound fertilizer with ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate and potassium chloride as the base material. The granule strength is high, the production cost is greatly reduced, and no drying equipment is needed. 
 
Double roller extrusion granulator is a dry granulation equipment with good processing effect on raw material granules with low moisture content (raw material moisture content can be below 15%). It is necessary to carry out the necessary anti-caking treatment for wet materials. In the organic fertilizer processing, fertilizer granulator can add nitrogen fertilizer as needed. Some granulators use urea as the nitrogen source, which can easily absorb moisture in the air and make organic fertilizer granules stick together.
