Sheep Manure Making Organic Fertilizer Technology

Sheep are ruminants, but they seldom drink water, so their manure is dry and fine, and the amount of excrement is very small. The nutrients contained in sheep manure and urine are rich, both effective nutrients that can be easily decomposed and absorbed by crops, and late-effective nutrients that are not easily decomposed. Sheep manure is composted and fermented by biofertilizer fermentation strain, mixed with crushed straw and bio-compound bacteria, and then aerobically and anaerobically fermented to become efficient organic fertilizer. 

The content of organic matter in sheep manure is 24%~27%, nitrogen content is 0.7%~0.8%, phosphorus content is 0.45%~0.6%, potassium content is 0.3%~0.6%, while the content of organic matter in sheep urine is 5%, nitrogen content is 1.3%~1.4%, phosphorus content is very little, and potassium is very rich, up to 2.1%~2.3%. 

Fermentation Production Process 

I  The sheep manure and the appropriate amount of straw powder, mixed with how much depends on the water content of sheep manure, general fermentation requires 45% of the water content, that is, the hand squeezed into a ball, finger seams see water, but not dripping, let go of a solution that is scattered. 

II  Then the biological compound bacteria, according to 1 ton of material (fresh material about 1.5 tons) with 3 kg of biological compound bacteria stock solution ratio, the bacteria solution and water diluted at a ratio of 1:300 sprayed evenly into the material pile, mixed fermentation. Add the right amount of cornmeal to provide sugar for the fermentation of the bacteria, so that the multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria soon take absolute advantage. 

III  The mixer will be added to the mixer for mixing, mixing must be uniform, to be transparent, do not leave raw blocks. 

IV  Mix the ingredients into a pile between 2.0 m-3.0 m wide, 1.5 m-2.0 m high between the long strip, (length of more than 3 m pile fermentation effect is better) every 3 days with the tossing machine tossing once. 

V   The pile 3 days to warm up, 5 days without odor, 9 days loose, 12 days to become fragrant, 15 days into fertilizer. 

1, The temperature of the pile on the 3rd day can reach 60℃-80℃, killing E. coli, worm eggs and other pests and diseases. 

2, The 5th day eliminates the odor of sheep manure.  

3, The 9th day the compost becomes loose and dry, full of white mycelium.

4, The 12th day emits a kind of wine curd aroma. 

5, The 15th day the fermentation of fertilizer will be mature. 

The whole fermentation process 7-15 days to complete. The finished organic fertilizer is fluffy, dark brown, slightly wine aroma or earthy, rich in nutrients, used for fruits and vegetables, economic crops, seedlings and flowers nutrient soil, value added several times.
