Structure for Double Roll Extrusion Granulator

Double roll extrusion granulator consists of four parts

(1) Rack part: All the working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of the machine are made of medium carbon steel plate, channel steel welded and through strict quality control and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of the machine used, in the middle of the four corners of the frame is equipped with lifting holes, so as to be used in loading and unloading transport.

(2) Transmission linkage part: the motor drives the pulley, v-belt, reducer transmission, so that the head work. The other sprocket and chain form a transmission chain to the crushing and separating part. Among them, the transmission reducer and the working part of the head, with a nylon pin coupling to engage the transmission drive.

(3) Head working part: It is transmitted from the driving wheel to the driving roller shaft through the column pin coupling, and the synchronous operation of the pair of rolls is ensured by a pair of open with wheels, and there are specific bearings on both sides of the main driven shaft and the bearing frame is composed and installed on the frame. 

(4) Crushing and separating working part: the material flows to the crushing chamber on the lower side after the roll extrusion, and the ball material and the return material can be separated by the rotation of the double shaft.
