Structure of Disc Mixer

The vertical disc mixer for organic fertilizer is mainly used for mixing of raw materials in the compound fertilizer production line. It consists of three parts：

1,Rack part: all the working body of the machine is installed and fixed on the rack, the rack of the machine are made of superior carbon steel plate, channel steel welded and passed the strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, has reached the purpose of the machine used.

2,Transmission connection part: this machine adopts cycloid reducer to drive the spindle rotation work, its host work part are used nylon column pin is transmission connector phase teeth and transmission drive, convenient assembly and maintenance.

3,Stirring work part: by the drive wheel through the column pin coupling to the spindle. The material is turned over evenly in the mixing chamber so that the material can be fully mixed, thus significantly reducing the amount of material residue.
