By passing steam to the material layer in the rotor drum granulator , the temperature of the granulated material can be increased, the solubility of the salt in the granulated material can be increased, and a high liquid phase can be obtained at a low moisture content to meet the liquid required for material granulation, and can reduce the amount of evaporated water in the drying process.
When necessary, ammonia can be passed to the material layer in the rotor drum granulator to make the material undergo ammoniating reaction. The inner wall of rotor drum granulator can be installed with several soft rubber or polypropylene plates, and there are pores in the corresponding position on the cylinder. When the cylinder is turned from the bottom to the top at the same time, due to its own weight, the lining sags, so that the material adhering to the lining falls due to gravity, which plays a role of automatically cleaning the condensed material.
