Granulation: The material that is pressed into a cake is broken into countless small granules under the crushing of the roller extrusion granulator to achieve the purpose of granulation.

After strict extrusion and granulation, the raw material utilization rate of double roll extrusion granulator can reach more than 85%. Since there is no multiple processing in the middle, basically no three wastes are discharged, which supports environmental protection.

Compared with other granulators, the double-roller of double roll extrusion granulator is more important. In terms of material selection, the roller should be welded by medium carbon steel plate and channel steel with high hardness and high strength. After strict quality control and process requirements, there are lifting holes in the four corners of the frame for use in loading, unloading and transportation.
