Groove compost turner includes walking fermentation tank body, walking track, lifting device, tossing and turning part as well as turning tank device (also called transfer car, mainly used in the case of multiple tank use). The tossing and turning part adopts the advanced drum drive, there are two kinds of liftable and non-liftable.
(1)Walking fermentation tank: This device is composed of motor, reducer, sprocket, bearing housing, spindle, etc. It is an important device to provide power for the turning drum.
(2) Walking track device: this device is composed of walking motor, transmission gear, transmission shaft, walking sprocket, etc.
(3) Lifting device: This device is composed of winch, coupling, drive shaft, bearing seat, etc.
(4) Turning device: The set up is composed of sprocket, support arm, turning drum, etc.
(5) Turning trough device: This device is composed of walking motor, transmission gear, transmission shaft, walking wheel, etc. It provides temporary transportation tool for turning machine to change trough.
