The differences between the disk granulator and double roll extrusion granulator are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

The disk granulator relies on the weight of the material to enter the pressing chamber vertically, which can feed the material evenly.

2.Different pressures: any briquetting machine can compress biomass into blocks only under a gap of 1-2.5 mm. If the gap is large, it is often unable to compress into blocks.The adjustment gap of double roll extrusion granulator is between 0-8 mm, which is not limited by the diameter of the die. The diameter of the pressure wheel of the disk granulator is not limited by the diameter of the mold, and the internal bearing can be enlarged. The use of large bearings to enhance the bearing capacity of the pressure roller, not only improves the pressing force of the pressure roller, but also prolongs the service life.

3.The discharging method is different: the double roll extrusion granulator has a high rotation speed, and the damage rate is high when the material is discharged. The disk granulator has a low rotation speed, and the damage rate is low.

4.The pressure wheel adjustment method is different: the double roll extrusion granulator uses two screws on the eccentric wheel in the middle of the pressure wheel to adjust the pressure wheel module gap to control the pressure, which is convenient and quick. The disk granulator uses threaded wire Column m100 adjustment mechanism, with a top force of 100 tons, stable falling, soft impact and uniform pressure. It can adopt two ways of rotating manual and hydraulic automatic adjustment.
