Use and maintenance of urea crusher

After the installation and debugging of the urea crusher, the operator takes over the production and operation before, please be sure to read the product manual carefully, understand the structural principle of the urea crusher, familiar with the performance and operation procedures of the crusher, operate in strict accordance with the operation procedures, and check the tour in accordance with the operation procedures and precautions.

(1) The motor of the urea crusher has been sealed before leaving the factory, and the coupling has been corrected. Please do not loosen it.
(2) Regularly clean the iron impurities on the permanent magnet cylinder and the permanent magnet plate of the feeder of the grinder.
(3) Regularly check the fineness of crushed finished products.
(4) Regularly clean or replace the dust collector bag (to ensure that the bag breathable), regularly check the working condition of the solenoid valve (to see whether it can work normally).
(5) Regularly check the wear of the wearing parts of the crusher to see whether it belongs to normal wear.
(6) Always pay attention to the vibration of the urea crusher.
(7) When the hammer of the crusher is seriously worn and needs to be replaced, it is necessary to pay attention to the weighing, and ensure that the weight difference of the two hammer pieces on the opposite (1800 direction) hammer pin shaft is less than or equal to 1g and the total weight difference of the hammer pieces on the opposite (1800 direction) hammer pin shaft is less than or equal to 2.
(8) when the screen of the crusher is badly worn and needs to be replaced, it is necessary to pay attention to the flatness of the new screen and the size of the screen is reasonable, and the installation is in place. It is best to make the screen hair face inward when installing.
(9) The opening degree of the air supplementary valve of the impeller feeder should be adjusted appropriately.
(10) If the grinder is found to have high vibration and high noise, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
(11) The spindle bearing should be added 80 grams of grease after every 40 hours of operation, but it can only be added to 60%. After 1800 hours of operation, the bearing box cover should be removed and all used grease replaced. When changing into fresh grease, add grease to the area around the roller and bearing ring, and add 1/3 to 1/2 of the grease to the bottom box, do not add too much grease.

When it is found that the output of the crusher suddenly drops, in addition to the factors of raw materials, it should focus on checking whether the air supply door is in place, whether the pipeline is air leakage, whether the pulse bag is blocked, whether the solenoid valve and fan work normally.
