What is Stirring Tooth-Drum Granulator

Organic fertilizer stirring tooth-drum granulator is a kind of molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. The main working method is granulation by wet method of granules. A certain amount of water or steam is used to make the base fertilizer fully reacted after humidification in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the rotating movement of the cylinder, extrusion pressure is generated between the material particles to make them gather into balls. The barrel is lined with special rubber plate or acid-proof stainless steel plate, which can automatically remove the scar and tumor, eliminating the traditional scraper device.  The wet stirring tooth granulator uses the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the aerodynamic force generated to make the fine powdery materials achieve continuous stirring, granulation, spherification in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.
