Which Raw Materials are Suitable for the Roller Extrusion Granulator

The roller extrusion granulator is a pelletizing equipment, using non-drying room temperature process production, a molding, output of 1-1.5 tons per hour, 1.5-3 tons per hour two specifications. It is suitable for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizer, chemical, feed, etc., with high granulation rate. It can produce various concentrations and types (including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, magnetized fertilizer, etc.) of compound fertilizer.

The process principle of roller extrusion granulator: dry materials under pressure agglomeration into a dense and hard block (cake material), called the extrusion process; cake material and then crushed and screened into granular material called granulation process. The role of extrusion is to squeeze out the air between the particles, in addition to the distance between the particles to achieve close enough to produce attractive forces such as van der Waals forces, adsorption, crystal bridges and embedded connections. The strength of the extruded granule is mainly formed by the force between the molecules.
