Description: Organic fertilizer roller extrusion granulation is a process that uses a roller extrusion granulator to granulate organic fertilizer raw materials. In the production process of organic fertilizers, the roller extrusion granulator can achieve one-time molding of raw materials without the need for drying, thereby simplifying the process flow and reducing energy consumption. At the same time, the device also has the advantages of low investment, quick results, and good economic benefits.

technological process
Crushing: Crushing materials into smaller particles to facilitate subsequent processing and granulation.
Conveying: The evenly mixed material is conveyed to the disc feeder through a belt conveyor.
Squeezing: The disc feeder uniformly sends the material to the roller extrusion granulator for granulation through stirring motion. The working principle of the roller extrusion granulator is to use external mechanical pressure to compress the material through the gap between two counter rotating rollers, forming elliptical particles.
Screening: The granulation material contains a certain amount of powdered material, which needs to be screened using equipment such as a drum screening machine to separate the particles that meet the requirements from the powdered material that does not meet the requirements.
Return material reprocessing: The screened powdered material can be transported back to the feeder for re granulation through a return belt conveyor to improve the utilization rate of raw materials.
Packaging: After screening, qualified particles are directly fed into the silo for packaging, and then quantitatively weighed and packaged by an electronic quantitative packaging scale to complete the entire production process.
