The process flow of wet granulation of organic fertilizer is as follows:
Fermentation: Organic waste is mixed with microbial strains and fermented under suitable temperature and humidity conditions to degrade organic matter and kill pathogens.
Crushing: Crushing the fermented material to achieve the required particle size for granulation.
Granulation: The mixed material is fed into a granulator, and by adding an appropriate amount of water and binder, the material is made into small ball shaped particles under the action of mechanical force.
Drying and cooling: Send the granulated particles into a dryer for drying to remove excess moisture. Then it is sent to the cooling machine for cooling to prevent the particles from deteriorating during packaging and storage.
