technological process
Raw material pretreatment: Screening, crushing, stirring and other pretreatment operations are carried out on various fermented organic fertilizer raw materials to meet the particle size and humidity requirements suitable for spray granulation.
· Spray granulation: use special spray equipment to make slurry from pretreated raw materials, and spray the slurry evenly into the spray granulation machine through the spray head. During the spraying process, the slurry will naturally fall and exchange heat with rising hot air or steam, gradually losing moisture and aggregating into particles.
Drying and cooling: The formed wet particles need to undergo drying treatment to reduce their moisture content, improve the stability and storage performance of the particles. The commonly used drying methods include hot air drying, microwave drying, etc. The dried particles also need to be cooled for subsequent packaging and storage.
Screening and packaging: Screen and remove particles that do not meet the particle size requirements after drying and cooling, and then package qualified particles to produce finished organic fertilizer.
