(1) Directly participate in plant metabolism. Plants can directly absorb simple sugars, amino acids, humic acids and other organic substances, which are directly involved in the internal transformation, metabolism, synthesis and other biochemical processes of plants.
(2) Improve the effectiveness of mineral elements and
fertilizer utilization rate. The large amount of organic acids in humic acid, etc., make the insoluble mineral nutrients in the soil turn soluble, which is conducive to the affinity with lipophilicity and cell membrane, and improve the effectiveness of mineral nutrient elements.
(3) Improve crop resistance. Water-soluble polysaccharides in
humic acid can regulate the concentration of plant cytoplasm, lower the freezing point to make plants resistant to cold, alkaloids and acids resist or kill pathogenic bacteria and harmful insects to enhance plant resistance to diseases and insects.
(4) Activate and increase beneficial soil microorganisms. Humic acid provides sufficient nutrients for soil microorganisms and increases the population and number of soil microorganisms.
(5) Improving soil physical and chemical properties. The active organic matter and soil minerals in humic acid form organic colloids, which promote the formation of soil agglomerate structure and can improve soil water, fertilizer, gas and heat conditions in a comprehensive manner. The application of biofertilizer increases the amount of soil bioflora, activates the soil and increases the utilization effect of soil nutrients.
