Organic Fertilizer Equipment Common Failures and Causes

(1) Organic fertilizer equipment motor overheating and its sound is not normal

Causes of failure: 1) poor lubrication of bearings or serious wear; 2) fan blade off or wear; 3) poor contact with the switch line, or broken line running single-phase; 4) low voltage.

(4) Organic fertilizer equipment magnetic field strength becomes weak

Failure causes: 1) high temperature; 2) sunlight exposure; 3) acid and alkali corrosion. It can be measured by Gauss meter. Organic fertilizer equipment is composed of fermentation system, crushing system, conveying system, granulation system, drying system, cooling system system, packaging system, etc. Install the machine seat to hollow shaft tile seat as the benchmark to measure its elevation and level.
