granular fertilizer production line. Granular organic fertilizer production line contains 2 important processes, fermentation and granulation.
1. Chicken manure organic fertilizer fermentation process:
Chicken manure, straw, mushroom residue and other materials mixed together, add fermentation bacterium, under the action of fermentation bacterium, the pile will generally warm up in about 2 days, then you can use tossing equipment to turn the pile to increase the oxygen content of the pile and increase the moisture.
If the local environmental protection is strict, you can use
horizontal fermentation tank for fermentation, horizontal fermentation tank fermentation process is completely sealed, and contains deodorization device, will not cause environmental pollution.
2. Chicken manure organic fertilizer granulation process:
After the material is fully fermented and matured, it will enter the granulation process. The finer the material, the better the shape of the granule, so we should first use the vertical crusher for crushing, and then use the drum sifter sieving, the unqualified material again into the crushing link, qualified material into the granulator.
The annual output of 20,000 tons of granular organic fertilizer, round particles recommended to use disc granulator, stirring teeth granulator, etc., cylindrical particles recommended to use flat die granulator,
roller extrusion granulator. After the granulation is completed, the granules will be sieved again by sieving machine, and the unqualified granules will enter the crushing and granulation process again, and the qualified granules will enter the packing machine.
Fermentation and granulation of the production process is relatively simple, but the choice of equipment is very important. Stable performance, well-designed equipment, not only to avoid production accidents, more organic fertilizer quality.
