How to Maintain the Crawler Compost Turner

Doing the daily maintenance of the crawler-turner is necessary to ensure the stable use of the equipment. 1, Regularly check all nut joints for looseness.

2, Regularly check the wear of the tipping bucket blades and whether the bolts are loose.

3, Regularly check the tension of the belt in the wheel cover.

4, Regularly filling the bearings with grease.

5, Regularly check the diesel fuel.

6, After 200 hours of hydraulic system operation, all hydraulic oil should be prevented and controlled, impurities in the hydraulic system filter should be cleared, and the need to replace the filter element should be checked; whether to reuse the filtered hydraulic oil depends on the cleanliness of the discharged hydraulic oil.

When removing the hydraulic oil from the crawler dumper, the cylinder rod should be retracted into the cylinder barrel first; clean the hydraulic system once every 800 hours.

Regular overhaul and maintenance of the crawler-turner can greatly improve the use time and performance of the equipment, reduce safety hazards, lower the accident rate and equipment failure rate, and thus improve the production efficiency of organic fertilizer. It is recommended to develop an equipment maintenance system.
