Powdered Sludge Bio-Organic Fertilizer Process

Brief introduction of powdered sludge bio-organic fertilizer process.

(i) The treated sludge (domestic sludge, industrial sludge, etc.) is directly transported to the raw material silo (or in the raw material mixer).

(ii) Transport to the disc equalizer and control the feeding speed by frequency converter.

(iii) Conveyed to the special screening machine for organic fertilizer, with special design to solve the problem of screen adhesion.

(iv) The screened large particles are crushed by the organic fertilizer grinder and sent to the disc equalizer.

(v) The screened qualified products are conveyed to the automatic packing scale for weighing, packing and storage.
