Advantages and working principle of Cooler

The drum cooler is a large-scale machine that reduces the heat dissipation and precipitation of dried formed fertilizer particles. It is to send the hot particles with a temperature of 45 ~ 60 °C dried from the dryer to the cooler for cooling. Roller cooler is one of the key equipment in the fertilizer industry. It is used to cool the formed fertilizer particles. When the particle temperature decreases, the water content decreases, and the strength of fertilizer particles increases accordingly.

The drum cooler passes the thermally dried fertilizer particles through the drum cooler. The fertilizer particles meet the cold air countercurrent in the cylinder. The fertilizer particles transfer heat to the cold air. The fertilizer temperature will be reduced to 40 degrees before discharging. The machine continuously draws the normal temperature air from the tail of the cooler from above the head through the fan connected to the air outlet of the head.

With the continuous rotation of the machine body, the internal lifting plate constantly lifts and throws the formed particles, so that the materials are in full contact with the cold air to form heat exchange, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling.
