Rotary drum cooler is a kind of cooler which can handle a large amount of materials. Full heat exchange: the clinker (1000-1200℃) from the rotary kiln drives the material to conduct full heat exchange with the air through the barrel rotation, so as to cool the material to (below 200℃), and improve the clinker quality and grindability.

The thermal efficiency is improved. All the air after cooling materials is fed into the kiln as secondary circulating air, which improves the thermal efficiency of the kiln.

Cooler structure: the drum cooler is composed of simplified body, front roll ring, rear roll ring, gear, stop roll, drag roll, pinion, discharge part, lifting plate, reducer, motor, hot air duct, feed chute, furnace body, cooling water, etc. In addition, cooling trough or supporting elevator, belt conveyor, quantitative feeder, cyclone, induced draft fan, etc. can be designed according to user needs.
