I. Definition of Digestate Fertilizer
Biogas digestate fertilizer, mainly refers to crop straw and human and animal manure after anaerobic fermentation treatment to form a high quality and efficient organic fertilizer. Digestate and digestate are nutrient-rich organic fertilizer, such as digestate contains humic acid 10% ~ 20%, organic matter 30% ~ 50%, total nitrogen 1.0% ~ 2.0%, total phosphorus 0.4% ~ 0.6%, total potassium 0.6% ~ 1.2%, is a kind of late and fast fertilizer. Biogas contains 0.03%~0.08% of total nitrogen, 0.02%~0.07% of total phosphorus and 0.05%~1.4% of total potassium, which is a fast-acting fertilizer. At the same time, since the digestate contains a large number of amino acids and trace elements, it has unique effects in enhancing fertilization, regulating crop growth and resisting diseases.
II. The Production Process of Digestate Fertilizer
Biogas digestate fertilizer is mainly organic compound fertilizer formed by curing or liquefying biogas digestate as raw material after biogas production with high efficiency. The main principle of
production process technology is
solid-liquid separation ---biological fermentation --- physical granulation fertilizer. The main production process is that after the solid-liquid separation of digestate and digestate, the solid part is dried and crushed, then mixed with biological agents to realize the secondary biofertilizer fermentation, and then granulated and dried to form bio-organic compound fertilizer. The liquid part goes through the process of settling, acidification, flocculation, separation, complexing, mixing and filtering to form liquid high-efficiency organic fertilizer, which can be directly irrigated to farmland.
III. Development Trend of Digestate Fertilizer
Digestate is a by-product of biogas production process. If it is not reasonably transformed and utilized, it will form secondary surface pollution and waste of resources, which will pose a great threat to the environment, food security and human health. It is a new development trend to make organic fertilizer by deep processing of digestate and digestate.
