Disc Pelletizer Mechanism Characteristics

Disc pelletizer can be divided into five major parts:

1. 2. Adjusting part: the whole machine is important to the granulating plate, and the whole center of gravity of the granulating plate is installed with the adjusting part. 3. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole machine is very important, and the whole work is carried out here. The motor and reducer installed on the transmission adjustment frame are selected from ISO/9001 quality system certified products with reliable quality. The motor drives the pulley, v-belt. The motor drives the pulley, belt, reducer and pinion, and the pinion drives the big gear on the pelletizing disc to make the pelletizing disc work. In addition, the large and small gears are high-frequency quenching, the service life is twice as long as the original, the whole pelletizing disk is fixed on the active shaft of the regulating disk, and the joint part of the column head adopts taper fit, which is more reasonable in design.

4. Pelletizing disc part: the disc corner of the disc of the disc pelletizer adopts the overall arc design, the pelletizing rate can reach more than 93%, the bottom of the disc also adopts a number of radiation steel plate to strengthen, strong and durable, not deformed.

5. Automatic material cleaning part: This part is installed above the pelletizing disc in the lower frame type and equipped with automatic material cleaning plate to clean the materials stuck on the disc wall during the production process, which greatly improves the service life of the machine and saves labor.
